What ages are these suitable for?

Most lessons need only everyday items you’ll already have — paper, pens, coins, measuring cups, that sort of thing. If a lesson involves anything unusual, we’ll clearly list it in advance so you can prepare.
Can you create packs for siblings learning together?
Yes — just mention it in the form notes. We can adapt a pack so siblings of different ages can work through the same topic together, each at their own level.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of your request. We’ll confirm a timeline once we’ve received your completed detail questionnaire and payment. Larger packs (5 or 10) are delivered in stages so you can start as soon as the first lesson is ready.
Can I share the materials with other families?

1. What You’re Purchasing
TailorEd lesson packs are downloadable digital educational resources personalised to your child’s interests and learning profile. Each lesson pack includes a tailored selection of resources — which may include visual learning cards, slides with narration notes, an audio lesson script, a mind map, memory aids, and quiz questions — delivered as PDF and/or PPTX files. The exact combination (typically 3–6 resources) varies depending on the topic and your child’s needs.
2. Licence & Usage
All materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing family only. You may print, display, and use the materials with your child or within your household. You may not:
- Share, forward, upload, or redistribute the materials to any other person, family, or organisation.
- Remove, obscure, or alter the watermarks on any materials.
- Use the materials for commercial purposes, including tutoring other children for payment.
- Reproduce or adapt the materials for resale.
All intellectual property in the materials remains with STEMEX.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
The 100% money-back guarantee applies to the first single lesson purchase only (£20). It does not apply to Starter Pack (5 lessons) or Full Module (10 lessons) purchases. To claim a refund:
- You must request the refund within 3 calendar days of receiving your lesson pack.
- You must complete our short feedback form, providing honest responses about your experience.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the completed feedback form.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete questionnaire responses or payment issues.
5. Payment
After submitting the order form, you will be redirected to our secure payment page. Your lesson pack will not be created until payment is confirmed. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
