Returns and Refund Policy

● Return Conditions:

Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt, provided it is unused, unopened, in its original condition, and packaging. Your return must be in a re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

● Refund Process:

We do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, customers will be issued a voucher to spend in the centre within 60 days of the return.

● Damaged or Faulty Goods:

Customers can return a faulty and damaged item within 6 months of purchase. We may ask a customer to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement. Please ensure to carefully inspect your item upon receipt and report any damages or faults to us within 6 months of purchase. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

No refunds are offered for services explicitly marked as non-transferable or non-refundable, including workshops, school trips, and birthday parties. All approved refunds are subject to a minimum administrative fee of £25. This administrative fee may be higher, proportionate to the initial deposit or payment amount.
