Visited Stemex today with my grandchildren. What a fantastic place. Interactive and informative. The hands on exhibits are great fun, not just for the children. I had a whale of a time. Thoroughly recommend this place and as an added bonus the adjacent Cafe UFO is great. Looking forward to a return visit.

The food was great, the coffee was on point and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is the owner (or at least what appeared to be) was discussing plans with 2 gentlemen at the table next to us. One of the staff came by to check on them and came off rude saying “get me a drink, my usual”. Please and thank you go a long way, but even if you aren’t going to display these simple polite tactics, you should avoid speaking like that in front of other customers.
